Candace Tax Service, was established in 2005, by Irving Cowan DBA Candace Cowan(owner). Irving Cowan is the General Manager of all locations.

Candace Tax Service has 3 locations:

Calhoun Falls, SC(main office), Abbeville, SC, and Greenwood, SC

Personal, business and non-profit returns, state sales tax filing and general bookkeeping at the main office.

Our company complies with all tax rules and regulations as required by the Internal Revenue Service.

We require strict documentation to support our decisions, management opinions, and other work performed for our clients.
